Vacuum Press Formers

Polystyrene formers are created with a vacuum press, using a veneer process to adhere to curves and other shapes. The bag press moulds use a sealable bag and a vacuum generator. The materials are placed inside the bag and the air is removed. This process creates a pressure differential which is vital in the vacuum bag former process.
